Who manages the process?

At the start of a new coaching programme, a core team is formed to review and guide the process. This includes professionals from boas and from the client’s HR or leadership development function, as well as the project sponsor, who is usually the organisation’s CEO or most senior leader. The core team meets regularly throughout our work together. boas provides a single point of contact for all questions and concerns and we ask the client to do the same. On our side, this is the integrator: a senior professional who ensures the successful integration of all parts of the project. The core team also includes the lead coach and the metavisor.

We explain the process in detail at a planning meeting, and can provide training for internal HR staff to help them prepare for the integrated coaching partnership (TM) Once the process starts, it is largely self-managing from the client’s point of view.
