Who will be working with our team?

Our coaches are a community of experienced professionals with expertise in leadership, adult learning and organisational development. We ensure a coherent team of experienced coaches through ongoing supervision, professional development and internal coordination. Our supervision process is a constructive dialogue called metavision which ensures both quality standards and ongoing professional development for our team. Every coach has regular metavision for every coachee. Each coaching project has a core team, which includes the lead coach, the metavisor, and the integrator: a senior professional who has an overview of the project and ensures synergy between individual, team and organisational development. The integrator is the key point of contact for the client, to ensure the smooth implementation of the programme.
