How does the integrated coaching partnership™ process work?

We work closely with you at every stage of the integrated coaching partnership (TM), from defining leadership development needs to cascading the learning throughout the organisation. Our starting point is the organisation’s current strategic challenge. This informs both the collective and individual development agenda. This in turn forms the basis for a company-specific coaching model, which is continuously updated through a structured feedback process. From the start, we ensure that this programme forms a seamless connection to existing organisational development projects.

We have a vibrant and highly experienced coaching team, who partner with individual leaders and contribute their own insights to organisational learning and development, while rigorously maintaining individual confidentiality. The boas core team, which includes the lead coach, metavisor and integrator for the project, analyses reports from each individual coaching dialogue and identifies key themes. These are used as a basis for strategic dialogue and recommendations, which are discussed with the senior team as a whole, during facilitated strategic leadership sessions. This ensures that the work being done in one-to-one coaching is always linked to the leadership development of the team and the strategic aims of the organisation.
