We partner with you to provide and manage leadership coaching throughout part or all of your organisation, thoroughly integrated with team development and organisational learning. Most of our coaching dialogues take place in the context of an integrated coaching partnership (TM). The integrated coaching partnership (TM) is a powerful and innovative approach which combines the confidentiality of one-to-one coaching with the strategic focus of team and organisational development. This process ensures that individual leadership development is aligned with the organisation’s goals, and enables strategic feedback to the organisation. While maintaining confidentiality, we analyse and diagnose themes that emerge across the different coaching dialogues. On the basis of these, we make recommendations for further learning and development. We often incorporate 360-degree and other assessment instruments that are suited to the individual’s needs and those of the organisation.
