We bring a core set of processes, models, and methods - the boas tools for transformation - to our clients. On the other hand, we shape and customise our work with and for each client. This produces a balance between using well developed, tried and tested tools and a clear and articulated set of core values, with a flexible response to the current needs of each client. We find this a very exciting process because it is inherently creative and enables us all to keep learning, developing, and transforming. The tools for transformation give all boas coaches a common language but the approach needs to be inherently flexible so that it can continue to grow and change with the organisation.
