These are tough times. Isn’t coaching something of a luxury?

In difficult times, organisations need more resources in order to be a cut above the rest. Our clients often tell us that we have influenced the way they think and make decisions and that we have, through the coaching process, enabled them to make faster, better, more accurate decisions. Sometimes those are tough choices but as one client put it we know how we made the decision, we know why we made the decision, and so we are committed to it and able to carry it through. The whole decision-making process becomes faster and more robust. Our clients' abilities to respond to their customers' needs, to adapt to changing economic conditions and to foresee what the future might hold with limited information - all of this is improved by having different ways of thinking about the data. Coachees bring tough business challenges into their coaching, and work out the solutions together with their coach.
