Description

transcultural competence™ [TCC] is a comprehensive model and method which enables you to lead effectively across cultural boundaries.  It combines precise concepts with practical skills.  By furthering cultural understanding, refining both verbal and nonverbal communication and encouraging an attitude of openness, TCC enables diverse people to accomplish common goals.  It challenges deeply held assumptions, encourages natural empathy and supports effective dialogue.  TCC is flexible enough to be applied to a wide range of situations, including teamwork, e-business, coaching, project management and strategic planning.
