The first module introduces the boas via™ coaching model and creates the context for individual and group learning. Activities enable you to identify your learning aims and style, your relevant beliefs and values and the place of coaching in your life work. The group uses movement, rhythm and dialogue to bond and establish a safe space for inquiry. Themes include:
