Matthew is an
executive and leadership coach and consultant for team and
organisation development. He is a member of the core team at
boas, supervising the coaching work and passing on his
knowledge and experience as an instructor in the boas
professional coach certification.
As a coach he has been working with leaders and teams of
transnational enterprises and organisations since 1996.
Matthew is also a state recognised psychological
psychotherapist and a certified practitioner for
supervision. During his professional career he served as
manager for several institutions, including managing the
European congresses as secretary general of a European
professional association. His degrees in mathematics,
philosophy and psychology (from Oxford and Göttingen,
respectively) reflect his commitment to breadth and depth of
enquiry.
He lives in Germany with
his wife and son, and finds balance and inspiration in
contact with nature and the outdoors.
